Politique d’expédition
PICKUP
We offer free pickup for all our online orders. Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Pickup is available on Monday to Friday from 11am - 4pm.
If you require a rush pickup, please give us a call at 416-836-7240 during our hours of operation, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
GENERAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Canada and U.S. (for now). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow for 2 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order. Estimated delivery time to domestic destinations is 2-7 days once shipped.
Shipping within Canada: enjoy free shipping for orders over $80.
Shipping within U.S.: total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide a correct delivery address and all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact hello@shopmango.ca once your order has been placed.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at hello@shopmango.ca with your order number and photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving for further assistance.
